Applications are invited for
admission to the following DIPLOMA
&CRAFTSMANSHIP COURSES OF HOTEL MANAGEMENT for
the Academic Session 2010-11 : |

1. Diploma in Food Production -
2. Diploma in Food & Beverage Service -
3. Diploma in Front Office Operation -
4. Diploma in Housekeeping -
5. Craftsmanship Course in Food Production -
6. Craftsmanship Course in F&B Service -

ELIGIBILITY : The minimum
qualification for admission to all Diploma
Courses are 10 +2 in any stream and
Craftsmanship courses are Class 10 pass in any
stream |

AGE : 22 years as on 1st
July 2010 for General candidates and relaxation
up to 3 years for ST/SC candidates |
|
RESERVATION OF SEATS : 15
% seats are reserved for SC, 7 ½ % for ST
candidates and 3% for physically challenged
candidates subject to their disability not
proving an obstacle for ultimate employment in
the service industry. |
| FEE RELAXATION :
|
Special concession of 75% in the
Tuition fee only is available for bonafide
SIKKIMESE STUDENT. |
| TRAINING : |
Six months Industrial Training
in reputed Hotels in India and abroad after
successful completion of the course. |
| HOW TO APPLY :
|
Application Form & Prospectus
can be obtained from the Institute’s office
against Cash payment of R.200/- or Demand Draft
of Rs.250/- drawn in favour of INSTITUTE OF
HOTEL MANAGEMENT, payable at GANGTOK
on 5th June 2010 onwards. |

For registration the candidate
has to submit their application form completed
in all respects alongwith a Demand Draft of Rs.
500/- drawn in favour of INSTITUTE OF HOTEL
MANAGEMENT, payable at GANGTOK
towards the Registration fees before 2nd July
2010. |
