IHM-Gangtok participated in the
1st NORTH EAST INSTITUTE OF HOTEL MANAGEMENT
CULINARY CHALLENGE (NEIHMCC) held at
Shillong from 01-02 February 2008. In the
International surprise Basket Competition –IHM-Gangtok.
2nd year students bag the 1st position for their
Indian dish, while 3rd year students secured 2nd
position for their Cold-platter. In the
vegetable & fruit carving, IHM Gangtok bagged
3rd position. |
